MEET LESLIE

Leslie was born in St. Catharines, Ontario and spent her early childhood in Genova, Italy before returning to Ontario. Leslie is bilingual in English and Italian. She moved to Toronto in 2015, and currently lives in Etobicoke with her husband, Chris, 3 year-old daughter, Sadie, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Tennessee. Outside of her outpouring love for real estate, she is passionate about travel, food, and learning about the many diverse cultures of the GTA.

Leslie began her real estate career in 2010, obtaining her broker’s licence and becoming the broker and manager of a brokerage in St. Catharines. She quickly became a strong player in the industry and has gained a wealth of knowledge, having sold thousands of homes. Her experience, work ethic and creative approach in negotiations ensure her clients receive outstanding advice and guidance.

As an avid investor with a keen eye for potential, Leslie is passionate about investment properties and she brings personal experience and knowledge to her clients. She is sharply aware of changing rules and regulations involving residential tenants, in both long-term and short-term rentals and ensures her clients are educated every step of the way.

Oftentimes, investing in real estate means purchasing a property with room for improvement in order to maximize future potential gains and upgrade to meet personal taste. Leslie is no stranger to design and extensive renovations and she is passionate about creating functional, beautiful spaces which translates to the advice she gives her clients.
