This Chicago based job, working on companies’ structures, hiring the right people to create a successful model for the company to grow, was the kick start to push her to start her own business in real estate.
Sarah took her consulting years and business approach to real estate to develop a client base and design a business rather than working from one sale to the next. This translates in exceptional service to her clients and a process that ensures success for everyone involved.

Sarah’s drive comes from the passion she carries for her family and her community. She is a long time Burlington resident and part of many community events, supporting local charities such as The Angel Project, Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House, and Halton Women’s Place, to name a few. A busy mom of three, who enjoys the hockey and lacrosse teams her sons and spouse, Chris, are involved in, along with dance, gymnastics and track and field for her youngest, Molly. Sarah’s morning walk with her family’s English sheepdog, Caz, provides her a quiet moment to plan the day ahead. Sarah runs a tightknit, close group and considers her small team of nine agents and three support staff an extension of her family.
