Construction in this neighbourhood started in the late 1980s. Since that time, this community has grown to approximately 3,940 homes and takes up about 650 acres.

People are attracted to this neighbourhood for its wide variety of home options and its convenient location. Millcroft offers a wonderful mix of large upscale family homes on spacious and beautifully landscaped mature lots, to freehold or condominium town homes suited to young professionals and/or bungalow style condos perfect for empty nesters!

The community boasts small special elements, such as charming antique-styled street lighting to the really important amenities… like fabulous schools including French Immersion programs, parks, recreation centres, shopping, an organic grocer, dining, access to major highways, public transit and of course, the golf course!

The award-winning 18-hole Millcroft Golf Course features a par 70, 5,890 yard course which has been awarded Burlington’s “Best Golf Course” by the Reader’s Choice Awards for the past several years. Millcroft Against Development

Millcroft Against Development, commonly known as M.A.D., represents over 4,000 members of the Millcroft Community and Burlington. Their mission is to maintain the existing Millcroft Golf Course lands as Major Parks and Open Space. The Millcroft golf course supports an established natural ecosystem, provides much-needed green space in north Burlington, is critical to flood water control, and is the heart of the community. It is in all Burlington residents’ best interests to preserve this invaluable parcel of green space.

A petition will be presented to Burlington’s Mayor Marianne Meed Ward, Councillors, Premier, Ministers & MPPs and the City officials, to show that we oppose the development of residential properties on Millcroft Golf Course.
