Welcome to Downtown Burlington
The downtown core is truly the heart of the city. A stroll down Brant Street offers great restaurant options, retail boutiques and bustling cafés all culminating at the pier and boardwalk along Lake Ontario’s shore.
Real estate surrounding the core is popular and in demand. The community offers a variety of choices from modern condos to charming cottages to executive townhomes. Welcome to Elizabeth Gardens
Elizabeth Gardens is a South Burlington Neighbourhood situated between Oakville to the west, Appleby Line to the east and New Street to the North. Elizabeth Gardens is the perfect neighbourhood for walking and biking along beautiful Lake Ontario.
This community offers top-rated schools from kindergarten to Grade 12 and a range of both detached homes and townhomes to choose from. The flowers are abundant, and the gardens are green in this flourishing family-friendly community just a short distance to Burlington’s downtown core or Oakville’s Bronte Village.
Anchoring Elizabeth Gardens’ amenities is the popular shopping intersection at Appleby Line and New Street known as Appleby Village. Here you’ll find residents shopping at Fortinos Market, dining on the rooftop terrace at Jackson’s Landing and enjoying a delicious brunch at Saving Thyme. From hardware stores to medical offices, this neighbourhood is a top home buyer’s choice, complete with every convenience, large lots and friendly neighbours.

Welcome to Shoreacres
The Shoreacres neighbourhood spans the beautiful waterfront community directly to the west of Elizabeth Gardens. Shoreacres is home to the Paletta Lakefront Park and the beautiful Paletta Mansion.
Shoreacres Road and Shoreacres Creek bisect this family-oriented neighbourhood, intersecting with the mature, tree-lined Spruce Avenue. This community is home to popular Tuck Elementary School and some of the most spectacular Christmas Light displays in all of Burlington! Home buyers love this neighbourhood for the green spaces, sidewalks, mature homes and yards, quiet streets and proximity to the lake.
Just north of New Street lies the community’s recreational hub, Nelson Park and Pool. This expansive facility offers a full-size outdoor pool, splash pad, skateboard park and sports fields. This is a gathering place to play, exercise and get to know your Shoreacres neighbours.

For a fun family bike trip, be sure to stop in at the Peach Coffee Company just east of the Shoreacres community on your way to Central Park and then onto Burlington Beach.
